Kirk's had no reviews visible on Google, near-zero citations, and a competitor 150 miles away outranking them in their own town. The site had to load fast, describe every service and service area, and give Google a clean, structured picture of a local business.

We built a custom-coded Next.js site with a page for each service and service area, LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ and Breadcrumb structured data generated from one typed source, lead tracking on calls and quote forms, and a 14-phase pre-launch SEO checklist with a measured gate before submission to Google.
