Do you require a contract?
Yes. All projects are covered by a plain-language service agreement that protects both parties. Retainers operate on a 30-day rolling basis after an initial 3-month commitment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and wire transfer. Project deposits are due at contract signing; retainers are billed on the first of each month.
Can I pause or cancel my retainer?
Yes, with 30 days' notice after the initial 3-month term. We design retainers to be ongoing partnerships, but we don't hold clients hostage.
Is the discovery session fee applied to my project?
Yes. The full discovery session fee is credited toward any project or retainer signed within 60 days of the session.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Website projects can be split into milestone-based payments (typically 3: deposit, mid-project, launch). Ask during scoping.
What's included in the 60-day post-launch support?
Bug fixes, minor content updates, and technical troubleshooting for 60 days after launch. This is not an SLA — it's a commitment to making sure your site performs exactly as designed.
