A complete headless commerce platform built from four interconnected repositories. Custom Astro storefront — public-facing, performance-optimized, Medusa-powered commerce with Sanity content. Hellcat, TRX, and Trackhawk platform focus. Medusa.js commerce engine — products, pricing, inventory, orders, cart, checkout, Stripe payments, Shippo live shipping rates, self-hosted on Railway. Sanity CMS and vendor portal — 87 schemas powering product content, blog, email campaigns, vendor onboarding, wholesale ordering, PDF generation, and AI analytics across 156 serverless functions. Next.js internal ops console — order desk, fulfillment management, shipping console, customer database, 5-role RBAC system.
